Where can I find the codes?
Credit/Debit Card (Viva Payments)
After your transaction with Viva Wallet you will receive an email, as shown in the example on the right.
Click the link at the end of the message to be transfered to the page, where you can see the transaction receipt.
On the transaction receipt page you can find the Transaction Number (#1) and PNR (#2), as shown in the example on the right.
Type the codes in the above form fields, making sure there are no spaces before and after the code. After 5 unsuccessful attempts, the form will be locked for security reasons.
